This Warranty applies when the product does not conform with standards at the time of its delivery due to defects caused by actions or negligence on the part of the manufacturer. It is valid for two years from the date of delivery of the product.

The Warranty is extended to the Consumer only (the physical person who buys the goods for reasons not related to their professional activity).

The Consumer loses all entitlement under the present Warranty unless they inform the vendor of the defect within two months of discovering it.

To make claims under the Warranty, the Consumer must present the sales receipt to the retailer.

The product must be returned by the Consumer in its original packaging, which must be complete in its entirety (packaging, any documentation, and accessories).

If the vendor is not able to repair the defect, the product will be returned, accompanied by a full description of the complaint made and by the sales receipt, to the manufacturer.

Repairs give no entitlement to extension of the Warranty period, which in all cases commences on the delivery date.

The Warranty is valid only for Products which have been used properly and with due care, for their intended use and in accordance with the contents of the instruction manual.

Ordinary wear resulting from everyday use of the article is not covered by this Warranty.

Please note: food or other substances which become trapped in the buckles of child seats may case malfunction; in such cases it is sufficient to wash them with soap and water.

The Warranty is thus not valid in the following cases:

• when the product is not accompanied by a sales receipt;
• when the defect is due to improper use or maintenance, in other words not in compliance with the procedures described in the instruction manual;
• when the defect is due to unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure, or causes which in any case cannot be attributed to actions or negligence on the part of the manufacturer;
• when the serial number has been removed or altered;
• ordinary wear from use.

In cases where the defect is not covered by the present Warranty, all inspection and repair costs will be charged to the Consumer.

The manufacturer declines all liability for any loss or damage, either direct or indirect, to persons, objects, or animals due to non-compliance with the precautions listed in the instruction manual.

The present Warranty does not affect or limit the statutory rights of the Consumer.
